BLAST DOORS- TYPE B1
The door is designed for reflected blast pressure on door
surface up to 21 bar (2.1 MPa; 305 psi); blast resistant calculated by FEM-Analysis for reflected
blast pressure up to 21 bar (305 psi). The Door is tested up to 7 bar (101,53 psi) blast overpressure with the prototype door B1 at German
Army Test Laboratory WTD 52 (certificate-no: WTD52GF210-01-2010-Z)

Door description blast resistant door in a high efficient
construction of steel and reinforced concrete.
The mounting combines surface mounting and in wall
mounting; side hinged; swinging type; the door can be
operated from inside and outside.
Manual operation of the door for opening and closing;
door thickness: (BT1) 255 mm; (BT1a) 305 mm
concrete slab thickness: (BT1) 100 mm, (BT1a) 150 mm
with 3 side bolt work and wheel handle – inside and
outside.
BLAST DOOR TYPE B2
The door is designed for reflected blast pressure on door surface up to 28 bar (2,8 MPa; 406 psi); blast resistant
calculated by FEM Analysis for reflected blast pressure up to 28 bar (406psi).
